Job Description
You will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and optimizing IP telephony systems, with a strong focus on Cloud PBX services.
Responsibilities
- Configure and manage PBX servers
- Integrate SIP, WebRTC, and VoIP gateways
- Monitor and maintain voice infrastructure
- Implement security and encryption for voice traffic
- Support international telephony projects
Requirements
Must-Haves:
- Hands-on experience with PBX/VoIP systems
- Solid knowledge of SIP, RTP, NAT, and voice security
- Familiarity with networking and firewalls
- Ability to create clear technical documentation
Nice-to-Have:
- PBX-related certifications
- Experience integrating with CRMs or web platforms
- Basic technical English
