Job Description
We are looking for a Cyber Security Specialist to implement policies, monitor threats, and respond to security incidents. This professional will work alongside IT and Compliance teams to strengthen the company’s security posture.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures
- Monitor systems and networks to detect and respond to security incidents
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests
- Manage security tools (SIEM, antivirus, firewalls, IDS/IPS)
- Promote security awareness and training for employees
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Mandatory Requirements
- Hands-on experience in information security and incident response
- Knowledge of SIEM tools, forensic analysis, and access control
- Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR
- Clear communication skills for technical and non-technical teams
- Intermediate technical English
Preferred (Differentials)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM or similar
- Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge in security automation and DevSecOps
