Job Description
You will provide legal guidance on LLC formation, tax optimization, and regulatory compliance, ensuring clients minimize tax risks and meet federal and state requirements.

Responsibilities
- Provide tax law consultation for LLCs
- Review and draft contracts and legal documents
- Represent clients in tax and regulatory matters
- Advise on business structures and tax planning
- Monitor legal changes and assess client impact

Required Qualifications
- Law degree with specialization in Tax Law
- Proven experience with US tax law and LLCs
- Knowledge of federal and state regulations (IRS, State Tax Agencies)
- Fluent English for negotiation and technical writing
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications
