Job Description
You will develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, identify risks, and support clients during audits and internal controls to ensure regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities
- Develop and update internal compliance policies
- Monitor processes to ensure regulatory compliance
- Conduct internal audits and prepare compliance reports
- Identify and mitigate legal and operational risks
- Train teams and clients on best compliance practices

Required Qualifications
- Solid experience in corporate and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of applicable LLC regulations in the US
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Advanced English for technical communication
- Degree in Law, Business Administration, or related fields

Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in compliance (e.g., CCEP, CRCM)
- Experience with audits and internal controls
- Familiarity with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) legislation
