Role Description
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with strong experience in creating modern, intuitive digital interfaces. You will lead user-centered design efforts, contribute to product strategy, and work closely with engineering and marketing teams to deliver outstanding digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Design modern and functional visual interfaces
- Conduct user research and usability testing
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and navigation flows
- Collaborate with development, product, and marketing teams
- Ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Optimize experiences across devices and international markets

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Strong portfolio with web and mobile design projects
- Solid knowledge of UX research and design thinking methodologies
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience designing for international audiences
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and prototyping tools
- Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
- UX/UI Design or Design Thinking certifications
